The North Face 100 - entries opening online 15 December at 10:00am
We are getting very close to entry time: Tuesday 15 December at 10:00am runners of all abilities will be able to sign up for the most exciting ultra run in Australia! Set your watches and don't miss out on claiming your spot. Click here to read the media release for the 2010 event!
If you are keen to enter The North Face 100, please make sure you have your login and password ready prior to entries opening. You should do this direct through the AROC site - go to http://myprofile.arocsport.net/myprofile/createaccount.aspx. If you have forgotten your password you should use the "retrieve password" function prior to next Tuesday. If your password is not emailed to your login email address within 30 minutes, please contact alina@arocsport.com.au. Please note that the login for the entry system is completely separate from The North Face 100 Runners forum login.
The actual entry to The North Face 100 event is through The North Face 100 website http://www.thenorthface.com.au/100/. Click on "Register for the Race".
The North Face 100 website is now fully updated with current information for the event in May 2010.

Lifestart Kayak for Kids - entries opening online 15 December

Paddle on beautiful Sydney Harbour and raise funds for the kids at Lifestart: Entries are open offline (click here) and will be open online on Tuesday 15 December so get ready! This event is for all types of paddlers - you can use your own kayak or enter the teams event where the kayak is provided. You can already start raising funds for Lifestart on the Everyday Hero website by clicking here! Click here to check out the official media release for the event. Capital Punishment - Stay Tuned.....
Whilst it is not yet official, things are looking very promising for an impending announcement on the opening of Capital Punishment - the Mountain Bike Tour of Canberra. Starting at Sparrow Hill and finishing at Mt Stromlo, this takes in Canberra's best single tracks.
Paddy Pallin Adventure Race 28 November Canberra Wrap-up

Gear & Info Night - Paddy Pallin Adventure Race Series Tuesday 2 February 2010 - 6-9pm

Paddy Pallin Adventure Race, Canberra - 13 February 2010
The third Paddy Pallin Adventure Race of the 2009-10 Series – and the last in the ACT for the season – is on Saturday 13 February 2010, just before Valentine's Day.
Companies and government departments are encouraged to participate in the Corporate Category to challenge competitors as well as colleagues and see who can come out on top and claim the Corporate Cup Challenge. Email Alina if you would like to enter this free category.
The School Challenge allows kids to go head to head with each other and represent their school out of the academic world! Email Alina if you would like to enter this free category and face the Canberra Grammar Boys, regulars of the Paddy Pallin Adventure Races in Canberra!
